I logged onto my UVa account a few weeks ago. Under the admissions tab, there was a yellow triangle (meaning incomplete). I logged on again today and I have a green check mark, indicating that I should be able to view my decision. When I click view decision, I cannot. I do not know if this means my decision was made and I have to wait until April 1st or if everyone has a green check right now! I only applied a month ago so I doubt my decision would be made...just wondering what everyone else's status is!

Right now I’m a yellow triangle. I’m actually not sure how it is possible for you to have a green check-mark. Your school has already submitted its midyear report? If so, then I guess the check mark means your decision has been made.

I’m pretty sure it just means that they have all your materials and your application is now able to be read. I’m not sure if there has been a decision made, but you will have to wait to view it, regardless. It might be a couple days prior to April 1st, if this year follows the past few years.

I would love to hear from UVA before all the crushing blows strike from Ivies.

From the blog…

Thank you everyone for responding…I guess all my materials are in (including my mid-year report) Our school is on a trimester system so the grades were sent via mail in November.

UVAorBust- best of luck to you…I too am hoping for good news from UVa before the blows from the Ivies! Based on your other posts it looks like we are applying to really similar schools. Let me know when you hear! I can hardly wait…

Thanks Dean J for clearing that up. I thought maybe we got lucky and could see those January decisions ;).

Waitingfornews - Good Luck with all your schools.

Interesting…I have a green check mark even though my Official Transcript has not yet been recorded and the mid-year report has not even been compiled by my school. Can anybody clarify?
