SIS does not work?

<p>I've always had problems with my SIS account, logging in. </p>

<p>I've reset my password and using the new password, I still cannot log into my SIS account.</p>

<p>Any ideas on how to fix or what is wrong?</p>

<p>Are you sure you’re using the right username?There are two, a computing ID and another one…</p>

<p>In my experience, clearing the cache fixes a problem with logging into things.</p>
