<p>@lookin4ward I am very familiar with the WUE (looks like a golden ticket to me) but only Sac State participate in it. Cal State Long Beach has way too many people applying for it so I don’t see anything special there. Ya I hear bad things about LA, Northridge and Fullerton. I looked into University of New Mexico too but the city doesn’t look that interesting to be honest. Haha I’m trying to get into cali xD My options a pretty open right now</p>
<p>Generally, it is the less selective (less popular) CSUs that offer WUE tuition discounts, for obvious reasons.</p>

<p>At most schools WUE is competitive, not guaranteed. Read the fine print at each school and then realize that it can be a little fickle.</p>

<p>I agree eyemgh, not everyone who wants it will get it. But at Sac State (where almost all majors are eligible) there’s only around 30 students from out of state. Doesn’t sound competitive there from those numbers.</p>
