Sixth AP test for senior year? (self-study)

So I'm looking to a sixth AP test to take for my senior year as a self-study (I basically want to get National AP Scholar and learn some cool stuff along the way).

I'm currently taking (my school's block scheduling system allows for up to 4 APs annually):

Chemistry
Psychology
Calculus BC

And based on practice tests, I'll have a 5 in all 3.

Next year, I'm taking:

Statistics
Biology
English Literature
Macroeconomics (1/2 year; I have to take Spanish 4 still, so that rounds out my schedule)

I'm looking into self-studying for Environmental Science, Microeconomics, English Language, or US Government. Any suggestions from people who've self-studied these subjects?

environ is easy, micro will be easy for you because of macro.

Yeah, environ would be the easiest test, but micro is not much harder and will actually probably be easier because you are taking macro already. I’d suggest micro.
