Is it comparable to SLO.
they are both very good but, very competitive admits. Step one - get into both - step 2 pick the one that works for you.
Between those you should pick which one you like better!

“On paper” both are really good. I think you should visit both the campuses. Talk to as many college students from these universities (esp the majors you got admitted to) and make your decision. You can get in touch via CC , Facebook groups (university housing groups are great). Also a couple of factors like cost (tuition and housing) and distance from home. Importantly take a look at courseworks of both programs.

SJSU would be a better place to get internships/jobs from. SLO is in a little bubble. Pretty, but a bit isolated. It’s unlikely you’d get your forever job in SLO.
