SJSU, CPSLO, or SDSU?

I am stuck in between these three schools for Digital Media/Graphic Design:

San Jose State University (Art - Digital Media Art B.F.A.)
Cal Poly San Louis Obispo (Art - Graphic Design B.F.A.)
San Diego State University (Art - Multimedia B.A.)

Which of these schools have the best art department that is worth transferring to?

I am transferring from Pasadena City College with a GPA of 3.54.

I would like to know your thoughts. Thank you.

Apply to all of them - and a couple more. CP SLO and SDSU both heavily favor ‘local’ applicants, leaving few seats for out of area applicants - making your admission pretty unlikely.

Assuming you’ve taken the correct classes, SJSU will almost certainly take you. I’d add CP Pomona and CSULB to your application list.
