Skateboarding

I don't know if this is a stupid question or not but...

Do they allow you to skateboard on campus or ride bikes?

dude, of course, you can take skateboard to class

Very common on campus.

Both bikes and skateboards are common, not sure which one is more popular though.

Definitely bikes, they are faster and more controllable than skateboards, which are useful only when going downhill.

There's a guy who always rides his longboard down that hill right next to Pimental in the morning. Whenever I see him do stupid tricks, I suppress the urge to throw a stick in front of him.

Keep suppressing that urge unless you want to get hit with a skateboard.

lol, TheRighteous, perhaps howdoesitfeel is that guy ...

We'll see on Monday...

That guy with a longboard can go down that hill cuz he's a g. I'd like to see the pussy who commented ride down that hill with no hand control. When you are going down those hills, you've seriously gotta have goggles sometimes cuz you catch soo much speed. It's obvious why girls like skaters, cuz they have balls! Skating may be common, but definitely is much more popular than bikes. Seriously, think about it, does a guy going down the Pimentel hill on a bike or a skateboard get more students' attention?

you woodpushers have nothing on...inline skaters! wooohooo

Please tell me you don't think rollerblading is cool.

You always see a few skaters/bikers around campus, but they aren't THAT common. The reason being for skateboarding: the campus is hilly and the ground texture sucks. For biking: there is so much bike theft that many students don't even bring their bikes up to Berkeley.

im sorry, rollerblading FTW...its the only way to go
