What do you think is better for your score in the end?

Guess if you can eliminate a few.

If you are aiming for 600-700 score per section, then you should guess. I noticed my scores were always better when guessing than skipping all those questions. However, now that I am aiming for 700-800, I noticed it is better to skip 1 question or 2 than to guess.

Guessing is a good part, but you should do it with a wise calculation .

For four wrong answers your one mark will be deducted. But if you have two wrong answers, your scores will not get affected i.e.
if you have 65 right answers and two wrong answers (in reading section), two wrong answers will decrease your score to 64.5 which when rounded up is again 65, no difference

But when you have 3 answers wrong , your score will be decreased to 64, so will be for 4 wrong answers
(Assuming every guessed answer you got wrong)
if you have already guessed 3 answers, you can guess upto 6 answers, you will only have one mark deducted…
If 7, then you can guess 10 answers …
( so, limits are 2, 6 and 10)
Make sure you know how many answers have you guessed.
And I suggest you not to guess more than 10 answers, but less than 10, do it frivolously…
Hope this helps

haa!
6 wrong answers and only 1 mark gets deducted.
So, Guess!!!

Take out impossible first and guess.

I strongly believe guessing is better, if you are really good at that particular section.

For math, if you are sure you won’t miss more than 2, guess!!

I always guess when I can eliminate 1 answer choice. Which means I always guess in Reading and Writing.
