Hello, I took my first SAT's on June and i am a Junior(about to be a senior). I had no idea what to expect and i did terrible on my math section. My first section was grid-ins and i missed 6 question in that particular section. I do terrible on timed tests. Then in another section i missed 3 questions and there were a total of 20 questions. In the last section i missed like 1 question. With these omitted question and assuming i had 2 or 3 wrong over all on all sections, what is the Maximum score i can get??? I tried to skip the hard ones but the grid in section messed the test up :( So guys what's maximum score i can get with omitted and wrong questions???

Honestly, it’s hard to give you an estimate because your original post is a tad all over the place, but you can see the curves from the [older] Red Book (official ACT practice book) here: [ACT Curves from Red Book - Imgur](<a href=“Imgur: The magic of the Internet”>ACT Curves from Red Book - Album on Imgur)

Just so you know, first section on the ACT is English (75 questions), the second is Math (60 questions), the third is Reading (40 questions), and the last section is Science (40 questions).

I’m guessing that you can get up to a 30 composite score on this test but I really don’t know.

How do you think you did on the other sections? While a low math score might not be the best thing, if you’re trying to get into colleges that aren’t real selective and your total score is high enough, it might be okay.

I think the maximum score you can get is 650, but that depends on whether some of the questions you missed were grid-in questions. I think it also depends on how well other kids did at that time, since the scores are curved.

I am pretty confident i missed about 2 or 3 overall on all sections. How many do i have to have right to get an at least a 600?? Thank you so much for your answers!!!
