Skipping an AP exam

hello,
so im currently doing practice tests for the spanish language and im getting like a 2. I really don't want to fail the exam, so I was wondering how bad would it look for colleges applications if i don't take the exam.

More info needed: where are you applying, what other AP test have/are/will you take, what other AP classes have/are/will you take?

If you don’t take the exam, nothing happens. However, if you’re taking an AP Spanish class and decide not to take the exam, that could look a little iffy…

well I am currently taking APUSH, Calc BC, and English language. I took AB last year and got a 5. Next year I will take english lit, computer science, stats, gov, and physics C. My ideal colleges are Stanford and Berkeley. I have an A in the class, so would one failing score hinder my chances for either of the two?

It might lower your chances at Stanford from 6% to 5.9%…

so should i cancel my exam or get a 2?
