Skipping an SAT test date

Approaching my senior year, the SAT tests were very stressful as the Nov. and Dec. dates were the last ones. As such, I signed up for both and took the November one, but when scores came out I resolved that taking the December one would be pointless as I did no preparation. (Also I was feeling a bit under the weather that day.) So I skipped the December test and didn't think too much about it until the scores were released (today).

Obviously they didn't have my scores, but I was wondering what the ramifications are since I requested collegeboard send my scores with the included 4 score reports. Should I call them to tell them that I didn't take it? Admittedly, I should have done this prior so as to prevent complications, but I didn't think too much into it. What would the four schools and all subsequent score reports mention for the December scores?

If you don’t take the test, or you cancel the test, schools never see it. Relax.
