<p>Skip math 1a/1b. I swear, do not retake those classes under any circumstances. If you passed out, skip ahead, because you may feel entitled to a high grade otherwise, and then be sorely disappointed.</p>
<p>Yea definitely pass out of Math 1A/1B and Chem 1A. A lot of engineers do this and start out by taking Math 53 and Physics 7A (instead of Chem) their first semester. Math 1A/1B and Chem aren't incredibly important for most engineering majors anyways later on.</p>
