skipping summer

<p>My girlfriend got into florida international university but starting in the summer term. We had a big month long trip planned which happens to fall on the same days as the summer term. Is there any way that she can still do that. Can she just pay for the summer classes and then drop them etc. I would really appreciate any advice.</p>
