<p>All interviews are interviewer initiated. It must have been a particular of that circumstance. As an applicant, you sit and wait to be contacted.</p>
<p>While C would love to interview everyone, it’s not possible. You may not get any interview whatsoever. But don’t worry about it – it’s not held against you.</p>

<p>interview assignments are sent to local alumni groups. Applications are not pre-screened so assignment isn’t based on relative strength. You may or may not get offered one at all – chiefly dependent on the # of volunteers in your area. The deadline for write ups is likely Dec 01.</p>
