How much sleep are you getting in the midst of all this? Are you trying to go off to bed early or cram in as much as possible? How does it affect your performance?

I've been cramming because I didn't pay attention in lots of my classes this year. I've gotten about 4-5 hours per night. I've been running on caffeine and as of now it's worked alright.

I usually take several breaks to the bathroom though during the tests

If it's the day before an ap test, I'll try to get at least 7 hours of sleep in. But if I don't have an ap the next day (like tomorrow I'm AP free), I'll stay up late, usually until I get really tired and can't stay awake anymore (aroudn 4 am?).

The days I get the least amount of sleep are actually the ones BEFORE exam week, like the week before testing, b/c that's when I get like no sleep b/c I'm cramming the most.

I used to be able to pull allnighters, but not anymore T_T

Yeah me too. When I was younger, I managed to be more or less alive with getting 3/4 hours two days in a row, but now it kills me and I try to avoid it.

i have taken/will take AP's 8 in the morning Tues, Wed, Thurs this week.
Monday night, 4 hours of sleep
Tuesday night, 4 hours of sleep
Tonight? sleep? pfffft

No I haven't done that great so far, but it hasn't been due to lack of sleep. More like the part where they're all self studies and I studied for less than 2 hours for the first 2. At least the adrenaline from being like *** is going on keeps you alert during the test :)

Tonight i might go for a 1 or 2 hour power nap. I want to actually do a practice test/some practice questions this time. figure it's worth losing some sleep.

yeah i think its worth losing a little sleep. caffeine works fine for me in the short term, and i dont feel tired until after the test.

I think I developed an immunity to caffeine and energy drinks ... nothing works anymore lol. I went through mocha, redbull, mountain dew, monster (worked pretty well but tasted disgusting TT), coffee ... yeah .. they don't work anymore ><

i've been getting around 4 hours or so. when i'm cramming, it seems as if i go to sleep too early(getting 7-8 hours) i forget most everything.

24oz rockstar around a half hour before the test and i'm good to go.

I try and reach a balance btw sleep and studyin...if I don't kno what the flip im doin for a test, sleep wont help me so I'll study a ton and get like 3 hours sleep...OTOH, if I'm confortable with the material like i was for today's AP lit, and the exam's skills based, I'll get like 5-7 hours.

i have the US history exam tommrorw morning
and i dont know as of yet when ill go to sleep.
Maybe 10?

I don't bother studying at this point, so I usually get 7 hours or so. I just don't see any reason to try and cram.
