<p>it could also be a simple issue of waking up at the wrong point in your sleep cycle...one thing you could try is getting up 15 minutes earlier or later than usual. Waking up suddenly from deep sleep can cause a groggy feeling that lasts awhile...waking up in a lighter point in your own personal cycle may just do the trick. </p>
