My sleep schedule is all screwed up from summertime distractions such as late night phone calls, AIM conversations, looking up stuff to buy online, and many other activities. Does staying up all night for one night and then sleeping at 9:00 PM the following day work to reset the sleep schedule?

^yepp i’ve done that before

why yes it does. just try to avoid napping with the help of some coffee or tea.

If you want to get back on your normal sleep schedule then you shound continue going to bed at 9PM.

Last summer I wouldn’t go to bed until 3AM and I’d sleep until 1PM. When school started… it just wasn’t pretty haha.

I think in an odd way I’ve lucked out this summer. I’m speending time with family who go to sleep around 9-11, then wake up between 5:30-7, and so I follow it. I don’t think I’ve ever been so greatful. Without school to avoid it’s not as hard getting up on time. lol

Yeahh, I sleep at 1am, and get up at 6am for summerschool, it works all-year round for me (except weekends I sleep in)

haha, i’ll try this too then.

i tried to do this earlier but ended up falling asleep at 5. now I have sim city to entertain me though

I tried doing that and I ended up falling asleep at 9 AM and waking up at 5 PM. It sucked.

I think it’s easier to just go to bed 1 hour earlier every night. Right now, I’m going to bed around 2 and waking up at 10. It’d be better to wake up at 9, but I don’t feel like it.
