<p>Okay, last SAT I wasn't able to sleep the night before...combination of Redbull earlier in the day and anxiety...this time around I want to know what I should do to fall asleep easily so I can get my 8 hours. I'm planning on hitting the gym and doing some light cardio (10) min sprint afterwards. </p>
<p>I've always wanted to go to sleep after I do that, but it doesn't work. If I'm sleepy, I go to sleep. No Masturbation. If I'm masturbating, I'm already fully awake. I don't have any troubles falling asleep. Its one of my great past times.</p>
<p>I suppose what really puts me to sleep is is the TV or talk radio.</p>
