Sleep

<p>God, I have been sleeping so much. Probably because I've been sleep deprived the whole year, but ever since summer kicked in, I've been waking up at like 12 in the afternoon everyday. I think I'm averaging about 10 to 11 hours a night now. And sometimes I go for 12 or 13. I just keep sleeping through my alarm.</p>

<p>Do you guys have the same problem? It's kinda awesome and lame at the same time</p>

<p>I’ve been sleeping for more than 9 hours per night recently.</p>

<p>I think everyone sleeps like that during the summer. Everyone I know, anyway. Lol. My brother is really bad though. He stays up ALL NIGHT (until 5 or 6 most days) playing Modern Warfare 3 on Xbox, and he wakes up at about 3:30 or 4 in the afternoon.</p>

<p>Problem? Who says it’s a problem? It’s fantastic!</p>

<p>Haha I’m a sleep queen! Actually lately I’ve been getting up around 8 or 9 in the morning, but…I take around 2 naps during the day as well. Lol I’m so lazy</p>

<p>Waking up at 12 man that’s pretty good. But I wake up from anywhere between 230-5. It’s crazy.</p>

<p>If I could get Modern Warfare 3 this many months before release I too would stay up until 6.</p>

<p>you guys sleep so much… i have ballet at 6am on mondays, wednesdays, and fridays. yes, it sucks major d. but i usually sleep a little afterwards (ends at 9-930).</p>

<p>I’ve been getting up at 10:30 every morning. It’s great.</p>

<p>I simply cannot fall asleep no matter how hard I try, like my body is tired, but mind is always just racing. It’s horrible though because I wake up 6:00 AM in the morning on weekdays (because of an internship) and come back at like 8:00 PM, and yet I cannot fall asleep till 2:00 AM in the morning. </p>

<p>I am usually really exhausted (2+ hour commute b/c of 3 trains and a bus).</p>

<p>Oh I can’t fall asleep at night either (until I’m really tired that is), but then I can’t get up in the morning either.</p>

<p>Oops, it’s supposed to be Modern Warfare 2, right? Haha, you can tell I’m not a gamer. I’ll fix it. :slight_smile:

<p>I’ve been waking up between 12 and 2 for most of the summer. I tried to fix it by staying up all night, and going to sleep early the next day, but it didn’t work…</p>

<p>8 hours/day, which is like 2 more than I get on a school night.</p>

<p>Sleep is for the weak of body, heart, mind, and soul.</p>

<p>I get like 15 hours everyday :confused: I’m so lazy.</p>

<p>I only sleep out of necessity now that basketball is over.</p>

<p>I’ve actually been sleeping at semi-normal times, it’s fabulous. haha.</p>

<p>Let’s put it like this, summer is basically my off-season. I relax my butt of hence about the 15 hours of sleep i average.</p>

<p>yeah, summer holiday is the golden sleeping season!!!:smiley: :D<br>
I now sleep around 10-11 hours each day(2am to noon, awww), while on school days I sleep less than 4 hours.
But I dare say sleeping too much is not good. I feel dizzy frequently these days. :(</p>
