<p>This is a nifty method... When feeling tired (esp tired eyes), sit on a nice comfortable study chair, tune to a good radio station (no ipods-no familiar songs, none of that classic clrap), put in couple of drops of eyedrops into your eyes, and sit back and 'nap'. The music will keep your brain half awake so you wont go into REM mode, but you will still be 'sleeping'. And when you gain conscienceness after 15-30min, your eyes will feel soooo refreshed and you will feel so much more.. alive..

<p>And instead of those cold showers, why not take nice hot showers? It'll get you into a good homely mood.. whereas cold showers would make you want to go under your warm covers and sleeeeep.</p>
