Sleeping habits?

What sleeping habits work for you? ... Do they have any positive results?
less sleep+ more study= better grades?

Do you think that getting getting about 4 hours of sleep is bad from now until may?

Maybe spend some of that twenty hours you’ve allotted for yourself tomorrow and look up the effects of 4 hrs of sleep on a teenager on webMD or something.

The fact that you even asked tells me you’ve slipped already…

I usually sleep around 4-6 hours a night. Occasionally, one day of the week when I don’t have that much work to do, I go to sleep early to make up for it. Works for me…

I get home from school and then decide to take a 15 minute nap which turns into 2-4 hours. Then I get tired at around 12:00, take another 15 minute nap but sleep until morning anyway. Repeat again. So I get like 9 hours a day.

I have a very weird and unhealthy sleeping habit, but it works extremely well on academics.

I get up at 6:00 AM, school starts at 7:00.
School goes from 7:00 AM to 12:16.
I got home at about 12:40, then I sleep. (LOLOLOL)
I sleep around 6~7 hours, when I get up again, it’s usually around 6~7 pm (dinner time).
After eating dinner, I start on working on hw, studying, and preparing for tests…etc.
They usually don’t take that long, ends about 10~12 PM (depends on the workload that day), and I look at CC forum, play some games, and I sleep again (LOLOLOLOLOLOL) until 6:00 AM again.

Yes, I sleep around 10~11 hours DAILY! So I am able to concentrate (extremely) on my classes, and I never fall asleep during even the most horrifying tedious lectures.

The short side is you don’t really have life, you go to school, sleep, work on academic stuff, and you sleep again.

Well, I have 50+ games on STEAM, but I only play them on weekend.

Btw, anyone playing Dragon AGE 2 and HomeFront?
Want to find a STEAM mate here (LOL).

^
You sound like me, except I waste a lot of time.

Oh lord.

I tend to average about 4-5 hours a night. This includes one night/week without any sleep and one day/week where I sleep from when I get home until 3AM.

It’s not that I have a ton of homework. I just have insomnia I suppose. And am a horrible time manager.
