<p>I have a very weird sleeping schedule, anyone similar?</p>
<p>During the school year I'll go to bed around 3 or 4 when I'm finished with homework, and get up @ like 6:50 school starts @ 715. Then around 2 or 3 depending on when I come home I'll sleep for another 3 hours usually. Anyone else like this?</p>
<p>Now, during summer, I stay up till 8 or 9am and then go to bed and sleep forever, haha.

<p>i sleep at about 10ish and wake up at 7am. by the time noon time rolls around, i'll think a lot of the day is over, but then i'll realize most of my town is getting up at around that time lol</p>
<p>Sleep is not over rated, I feel like I don't have enough energy.
I stayed up for 36 hours and thennnnn went to the beach and I was pretty much needed 4 shots of espresso to stay awake, lol.</p>
<p>I think I dozed off a few times there.
I love my sleep :)</p>
<p>And I feel like I waste the night if I go to bed at like 12, or 1. Wasting the day doesn't matter to me. Nothing good happens.</p>
<p>I HATE SCHOOL. It took me all of spring break to get my back on track since march messed me up so badly (4 hours every night in one hour shifts).</p>
<p>LMU10 - my school year sleeping schedule is EXACTLY the same.. staying up super late, wake up at 5:30, sleep through physics, get home, sleep a few more hours till like 5pm lol. I can't help it!</p>
<p>Summer is more like.. go to sleep around 2 or 3 am, wake up at 10 or so? I'm a night person for sure, I can't wake up early to save my life [except for school.. hmm]</p>
<p>Sleep at 9 or 10PM on weekdays.
Wake up at 7AM (takes all my concentration, energy, 17 times of alarm-ringing, four cups of water splashed on my face, with delusional promises of chocolate-chip cookies to achieve this, so realistically more like 7:20AM)</p>
<p>Weekends: Depends. I can function without an hour of sleep on weekends or sleep for 40 hours. </p>
<p>Summer (now):</p>
<p>Depends, but usually (Weekdays) :
Sleep at 1AM-ish.
Wake up at 1~2PM-ish. </p>
<p>Weekends: I don't sleep.</p>
<p>Breakdown: Sleep around 10 hours a night on schooldays, fluctuating differences on weekends, usually around 8 hours.</p>
<p>Summer: Sleep 12 hours a day on weekdays, 0 on weekends.</p>

Eh, it's different for everyone...x.X</p>
<p>Plus it really fluctuates with me, so I can't say. My body functions well with 10 hours and in no studies or anything I have read have it said it's really bad to sleep 10 hours, quite possibly 12. I doubt it's a health issue.</p>
