Hi everyone,

I'm hoping you all might have some knowledge on this subject because I really don't!

My dd made a video arts supplement and the file size ended up being over 2 GB. Her video is 13 minutes long and includes 4 songs. She tried various compression methods and nothing got it anywhere near the 60 MB limit (she even chopped the video into 4 pieces and tried compressing those but they're still too big).

Right now she has the compressed video uploading to youtube (unlisted - she'll somehow attach a link or something? Sorry I'm not so savvy about these things) but my questions is, how in the world do people comply with the file size limit? The school requires a minimum of 10 minutes of video and I don't understand how that can happen with 60 MB even if it's split into 4 files making it a total of about 240 MB. At it's smallest so far her compressed full length video is still over 500 MB so divided into 4 songs the files would still be about twice the size allowed. How did you do it?

Thanks for your insight!
