Slight Downward Trend of GPA: How much does that hurt chances?

<p>Overall my GPA is 3.6W, 3.0UW. However, freshman year was 3.75,Soph was 3.64, junior was 3.42 </p>

<p>That doesn't seem like that big of a drop, and I took the most rigorous schedule possible all of those 3 years. Also have an ACT in the top 25 percent of the places Im applying. </p>

<p>I'm basically wondering how big of a deal a small trend like mine is? I'm really hoping my other stats can make up for it!</p>

<p>I think it depends on two things (and maybe more): the first is whether your junior year courseload was significantly more challenging than your freshmen courselod; and second, if depends on what colleges you are applying to. </p>
