NU is among those with the largest number of fellows. However, 6 out of the 9 fellows (past 3 years) are in the chemistry department! It would be even better if the distribution weren't so skewed to one field. This does show NU has invested a lot in chemistry research. The department seems to be on the rise and jumped from the 12th to the 9th in US News ranking last year.
