Berkeley's website claims it should take about 5-20 min if I am a resident (which I am), but it took me about 30 seconds to fill it out, am I missing something? BearFacts says that I have submitted a completed SLR already.

Many have that experience, particularly state residents.

If your transcript comes from a California high school, all four years of high school are in-state, your mailing and residence addresses on applications are in California, your standardized test locations were in California, then the system is going to pretty much accept your SLR declaration without asking for additional facts or proofs.

The website should change that explanation to include the lower range, saying it could be from 30 seconds to 20 minutes, as a quick completion is often experienced.
