Has anyone gotten confirmation for their SLR? It has been more than a few weeks now...

dude SRK, this was exactly the same question i was gonna ask in a bit!
yea i haven't got mine yet..
plus im in-state, yet my SLR registration took like 30 secs to do..

yea... it took about 30 secs for me too... hopefully i did it right..cause didn't it say like it may take like 20 mins....? = =

yea i was unsure cuz of the same thing!! a mistake in this area would be quite financially taxing...all my scholarships would feel soooo trivial...aahhhh

mine took like not a long time either.... i was like ok then... cuz yea it did say 10-20 min or something? "/

I received an email two or so weeks ago through my CALmail acct. Told me to check my bearfacts and it'll say on there if you're in state or not.

After looking at the SLR page, it still doesn't say, but somewhere in the Personal/registration area for fall of 08 it says what you're designated as.

I did the SLR weeks ago and it only took me a few seconds.

How could it only take you a few seconds? Mine asked for like 40 random things from the year I got my drivers license to the year my dad registered to vote.

it didnt ask me s_hit even though im a CA resident

mere seconds, nothing detailed requested, in spite of the warnings to have all kinds of backup material on hand. in state.

Same here. CA resident who finished it in about 5 seconds.

Yeah, I'm freaking out a bit too...but when I checked the personal info (as said by NoAssumptions), it says I'm a CA resident.

yeah it asked me like 40 questions as well, and I'm a CA resident (have been since 2000)

Maybe the 40 questions apply only to the transfers.

i have a haas transfer friend who didn't get asked all the extra questions

i think the system does it randomly

the first time i logged onto the page, i was somehow on the step where it said that I was done and certified or whatever [it's been a while] that my slr was about to be completed. I was lazy so i didn't touch it cause i didn't have the info with me. the next time i went back, [which was like an hour later] i saw that i had to fill out a bunch of things before i could submit it. i'm pretty sure there's an error in the system and you're supposed to fill out that stuff...but i'm not sure why it does that or if there will be a problem with anyone on this.

hmm, where does it mention residency in the personal/registration tabs?

on the personal page of bearfacts, you will see a phrase " California Resident"

(gulp) my page has nothing on it...
