Small engineering colleges?

<p>I'd caution the OP about focusing on engineering colleges unless there is a lot of certainty that ME is right. And when someone says "planning to probably major in Mechanical Engineering" the certainty may not be there. I'm talking about someone who's had internships or other experience in the area, knows for SURE its right.</p>

So unless you're quite sure you are going to be an ME, if you commit to a college that only offers engineering you're going to have to transfer if you change your mind. And the odds overall are quite good about changing ...</p>
