Small error on submitted application...worth emailing?

On the Common App to my first-choice school, I accidentally described an activity as "Our training began in June 2011 and will continue until the national competition in May 2012." I meant to say June 2012 and May 2013 respectively.

It is worth emailing the admissions folks for this minor error?

Thank you in advance for helping out a confused + stressed-out college applicant :)

Yes OMG Yes…it definitely is worth emailing the admissions office. Moreover, It’s YOUR application!

It’s just a minor error though (not like a misreporting of scores). I’m afraid the admissions office will think I’m wasting its time by notifying them of this minute change.

Should I still send an email, clarifying that I meant 2012 and 2013 respectively?

Thanks again!
