Hi! I turned in my application for MIT; however, I accidentally wrote the ages of my brother and sister as they would be when I would be attending college (So 1 year older than they actually are now). What should I do??? Thanks
I can’t imagine that it will make a difference in anything except possibly financial aid, if it puts one of them into college the same time as you.
I don’t think that that will be a huge deal, but you can probably e-mail your admissions counselor to let them know of the mistake.
@bjkmom @Magician183 Thanks for the quick response! No, I just wrote my brother was 16 even though he’s 15 now
I can’t imagine that making any difference at all. You could certainly change it so the records are correct once you’ve been accepted.
@bjkmom I like the optimism, haha! Thanks for the advice!
