I took the Nov. SAT Reasoning and got this message when I went to check my scores. I don't think I made any stupid mistake like bubbling my name in wrong, and I can't have a high score increase because my previous score was 2260 and there's only so much you can improve from that point. I don't think my score dropped drastically since I'm fairly consistent. I am a senior applying to UC's so I was hoping to put the Nov score on my app. Is this delay something to be concerned about? Are there any other reasons why my scores were delayed? Thanks for your time.

your proctor may have made some sort of mistake.

Sometimes it's an issue of delivering the test papers, which clears up as soon as the late delivery arrives. I wouldn't worry about it just now. Have a happy Thanksgiving. I think my son had one of these notices once and it resolved just fine.

Has anyone whose scores are/were delayed gotten his or her scores yet? I'm still waiting on mine.

quick question, if you didn't think it would go up, why take it again?

i think s/he meant that his score wouldnt go up a lot because it was already 2260. so its not like he could have a suspicious 500 point increase or something. i dont think he meant that his score didnt improve at all.

still the question is the same...what did he have to gain? even by his own post, the OP knew it coldn't go up by much, and NOW is all stressed out because they are holding the score for some reason

for a few points, is it worth it?

citygirlsmom: Although I was quite pleased with the 2260 overall, I am applying to engineering schools, and a 710 in math wouldn't cut it. I knew I could do better in math so I retook it.

Has anyone else who had this problem received his/her scores yet?

I haven't received me scores and now I don't know whether to do standby Dec or not.

I called up College Board today, and they said my scores have been "escalated." Does anyone know what this may mean? Has anyone else had this type of problem? Again, I don't believe I did anything wrong on the test. Any help is greatly appreciated.

What number did you use?

I used the 866 number. It's like the domestic SAT hotline.

mine still says theyre not available on my organizer, but when i go to MY SAT and my summary of sent scores, they appear there.
