<p>Yea it hasn’t dispursed for me either.</p>
<p>I have a predicted national smart grant that hasn’t disbursed, the situation for me is kind of weird though because over the summer when I looked at awards/disbursements there was the academic competitiveness grant. When the drop/add period ended (I didn’t get it) I looked at awards/disbursements again and it changed to smart grant.</p>
<p>Smart grant has been canceled this year due to budget.</p>
<p>Phew, then I guess that two grand that showed up in my bank account is just a gift from the university.</p>
