hey. i got rejected from nyu.. my first choice.. bummer, i know. Im going to bryn mawr college in philadephia (prob not heard of) and i think after a year, i am going to try to transfer to nyu, but i dont quite know what i need in order to have a good chance to transfer. does anyone know exactly how i do this? like do hs sat scores still count and things like that? ...ec? grades, obviously,, but the things that we did in hs?

why are you asking us? just go on the website...

I never understood why people are so rude when someone asks a question that could be researched online. If it bothers you, don't answer.

uh, i don't understand how my answer was rude?

Your answer was rude because it seems that the person asking the question was looking for personal insight, not the same, unpersonal dribble on the school's website.

ugh.. nicole just in the way.

NYU looks at SAT scores from HS only! a good college gpa helps. start writing your transfer essay now if your really that intrested lol. EC help too. while your at it.. take the SAT ii NOW!! or again . next year the SAT II will be emphasize much more than this year.

everyone needs to calm down, seriously.
i wasn't trying to be rude, i was mearly telling him of a place where he should look.
neither of you know what sort of tone i was trying to put across to this person, therefore it is not your place to mark my tone as rude or whatnot.

that little discussion went on for way too long.
