<p>I'm going to be attending SMC for the Fall 2008 semester, with hopes of transferring out to UCLA by my junior year. The problem is..I'm overseas right now and it was too late for me to apply for the Scholars program of SMC for this coming semester...is it possible that I get in the Scholars Program the following semester? And how will it affect my chances of getting into UCLA?</p>
