Can anyone help me figure out how to log into bannerweb this urgent !!!

Please save my life i have been trying to log in with my ID and I dont know what PIN to use

I dont have a reset button
Do first time users have to sign in in a special website?

I think they do. The email they sent you after you applied should have a special log in and a link to that website and you can set up your account from there
The only email i got a pin in is the email they sent me after i applied which i used to fist log into my applicant portal .
When i tried to use it for bannerweb it did not work
Any idea?
Perhaps they send it when they release the decisions?
But they told me i could track my application with it
You are applying internationally right? maybe that’s why… they never said anything about it to me so I’m just a little confused!! I have no idea how to check for it. I was under the impression that we use the application status thingy to check. But I have no idea, I’m sorry, I wish I could be more helpful!

I don’t know but I am so stressed out! What email are you talking about? I might be able to help if I just know which one you are referring to. BTW my mom just emailed to ask so I will let you know what they say!
I am an intl. student but I am not sure I understand the issue you’re having to log in… For the Application Portal, you just need the first PIN they sent you, and for the financial aid portal, you just need your email but no PIN (they sent a separate email from the student financial services office with instructions!). Hope that helps!

And the thing is i called them few days ago but i got awkward during the conv and i messed it up ?
