Smith Business School -- Chances??

<p>I'm anxiously awaiting this decision and I honestly have no idea as to if I am likely to be accepted into the business school at UMD. I know it's hard to get into :/ Here are my stats, chance me please!!</p>

<p>I am a white female from NJ</p>

<p>4.33 Weighted GPA / 4.0 (4.3 = A)
Rank: 37/354
SAT: 1990/2400, 1310/1600
CR - 610
M - 700
WR- 680</p>

<p>EC's:
-President of Church Youth Group (previously VP and secretary from 9th-11th grade)
-National Honor Society
-Secretary of Junior Statesmen of America club
-Secretary of another club in school
-Went on Mission Trip to New Mexico this summer for a week
-lots of other community service projects (over 300 hours at least)
(Probably missing things I just can't think of right now)
Essays and Recs should be okay/good</p>

(P.s. can anyone confirm the date of 1/28 as being the date when admissions decisions come out??)</p>

<p>I think you would be admitted had you been a MD resident. Your stats are good enough but since you are from NJ (a state we get a lot of students) you may get denied. I hope you get what you want and good luck.</p>
