Smith College ED 2023

Thank you Jennixx, best of luck to you!

Decisions are out!!!

I am in!!!

@isthatanny I got in too!

Hi, I’m an ED1 applicant too but I can’t figure out what my pin is so I can’t access my admissions decision. Can you help a girl out?

@Sisyphus666 There’s a way to “reset password” on the login site

ummm I’m not seeing that on the login page? Just options for my email address, temporary pin, and birthday

@Sisyphus666 Oh, that pin should be on your very first email from Smith after you applied

What do you do if you can’t find the pin in the 800 emails from Smith??

Could you girls who got in write about your test scores, extra curricular, and stuff like that plz? I’m a RD applicant and I would love to hear some advice!!!

@ana_myt
I got in this morning! (i live in China so it came out at 5 am here)
gpa: 3.79/4.00
SAT: 1520
SAT2s: math 790, bio-M 800
AP bio-5
AP Physics 1- 5
AP Psychology- 5
ECs: are relatively weak. mainly consists of tutoring and academic competitions.

I’m immensely grateful to be accepted– can’t wait to meet other admitted students next year! :slight_smile:

@ana_myt I got in!!! I’m still in shock. Here are some stats:
GPA: 4.11 weighted, I don’t know my unweighted.
SAT: 1390
ACT: 32
I took 2 APs last year and am taking 3 this year but didn’t even look at my test scores so I didn’t send them.
My extracurriculars include president of French Honor Society and of Tri-m (music honor society) as well as a part time job and some other stuff.
My senior project is teaching myself Japanese so I wrote a little blip about that.
I had a really great interview and talked about my collaboration with a woman from Saudi Arabia to raise awareness for women’s rights in my school, just a personal anecdote.
I also live about two hours north of the school for an additional perspective.
Good luck! :stuck_out_tongue:

Congrats everyone. My daughter was also accepted. Very excited.
