Gymnastics took up a lot of time and dedication I would often train 4 hours a day for 5 to 6 days a week. I would volunteer coach off and on. I recently retired due to a pretty bad injury. This was my true passion, and I spent so much time devoted to it.

I would say you have a great hook because of the high level gymnastics but I’m not sure how they will view that in light of your recent injury. I think it would still be a huge positive though since they don’t have a team there anyway…at least not when I was a student ages ago! How were your SATs?

I will not be submitting my SATs or ACTs since they are test optional.
Thank you your response!

Bump! Bump!

Chance me please!

Did you not take the SAT/ACT or are your scores very low?

Although Smith is SAT optional, the college gives scholarships to students with high test scores.

Otherwise, if you are top 10% of your class you should be fine.

My tests scores were bad, i will just leave it at that… haha Im a great great student but the ACTs and SATs were not for me.

Thanks for your response!

Bump! Chance me please

Smith admits nearly half of all applicants. Although I don’t know for certain, I suspect that your interest level in attending is a significant factor in the admissions decision making process. Folks are not exactly breaking down doors to attend single-sex colleges.
