Iirc, the four housing categories are Quad, Upper Elm, Lower Elm, and Green St./Center Campus. Which is why Chapin often gets lumped in with the Green St. houses.

Reslife actually considers Chapin a Green Street house - I'm friends with some HPs in Green Street and for some reason the Chapin HP also goes to their Green Street HP meetings. And that's because the Chapin area coordinator is the same as the Green Street one.

There are now 6 areas of campus according to reslife (Upper and Lower Elm, East and West Quad, Green Street and Center Campus). This is really nitpicky, but it's a reslife thing probably done to balance out the responsibilites - and can be seen from the housing website, which seperates the houses into six parts of campus.
