Smith STRIDE vs. Mount Holyoke 21st Century Scholarship

Is anyone currently participating in STRIDE or a recipient of the 21st Century scholarship? I’d love to hear about students’ experiences with either program.

The STRIDE program at Smith is very well defined ($15,000 per year, 2 years of paid research, faculty mentoring), but the 21st century program details are more vague ($25,000 per year, dinner with the president, summer internship stipend, “special events and activities”). For MHC: Does anyone know what special activities are included? For the summer internship, is the onus on you to find the program and apply, or are there programs already in place for scholars?

^^
Is the EFC equal at both college?
Students who are not STRIDE or 21st Century Program recipients receive professor mentoring.
