We are from NY so SUNY obviously most cost effective! No aid from Smith, 20K from Union and 5K from Albany. Interested in going to Med School. Has opportunity to be on a sports team at Smith. Sent appeal to Smith due to change in circumstance that occurred way before the current crisis, but not sure they will match Union. Hate to potentially have a kid with debt … but given that this maybe the year that the seniors miss everything if we can swing it should we go for Smith? If she did well at either of these other schools would the end result be the same - getting into Med School. Thoughts wither way appreciated!

We did not apply to the accelerated program for many reasons. However I do think Albany Med could be something looked into in the future.

Thanks so much! Very interesting we did not quite make the 1400 SAT, but I wonder if you met or exceeded the other criteria would it matter? I think they do see some correlation between MCATs and SATs.
