<p>Newer, different floor plan, costs more, likely to have more returning students… You need to decide which matters most to you- priorities no one else can decide for you.</p>
<p>It’s pretty expensive, just so you know, and a little out of the way (but just a little). It’s about what matters to you, for a more traditional freshman dorm experience, go with Sellery or Witte, otherwise Smith is probably the nicest dorm on campus right now.</p>
<p>And Smith does have freshmen, plenty of them, just so you know. All dorms do. Sellery/Witte are just traditional freshman dorms, though they aren’t designated that way by the school.</p>
