Smithie moving-in tips

Just want to say here–that if the reception we have gotten already (and we haven’t actually met anyone yet outside of admissions and fin aid) is anything like what the Smith experience will be, then I am so excited for my D to be a part of this family (and by extension my husband and myself)!!

I second upstate’s comment.

Let me join the others in thanking you all for your insights, commentaries and hand-holding over the past year or so. Less than two weeks until the Class of 2015 moves into Smith!

I know this is a couple weeks old, but I have a question (I’m a prospie)

What is the average size of the beds? I have a new XL twin comforter that says “dorm size” (it probably won’t be used until then anyway, and i know I won’t need it until late fall.)
I know the bed sheets themselves can be smaller (regular twin.)

I read on another thread on CC that it is best to buy pink-themed dorm stuff now rcause of breast cancer awareness month; a lot of parents found it har to buy pink themed essentials over the summer (hence the new pink XL comforter, $10).

nevermind, i was finally able to search threads from way earlier (mobile app wouldnt let me).
found my answer, thanks!
