Currently, Cox students cannot double major within Cox. They have specializations that complement the majors, and recommend students double or triple major outside of Cox to diversify their business education. Specializations are below:
Energy Management This specialization complements your major to prepare you for a career in a number of fields. The curriculum reflects the current global energy mix and also reflects the future of renewables.
Entrepreneurship Learn to be an innovator from faculty with Silicon Valley IPO start-up and international entrepreneurship experience. The training and connections will serve you wherever you’re headed.
Real Estate Finance Specialization courses in real estate fundamentals, finance, law and valuation set you up for a variety of careers.
Risk Management & Insurance ractice meets theory through a series of interactions with insurance practitioners and corporate risk managers representing a variety of industry sectors and perspectives.
They also have new majors in Business Analytics and Supply Chain.
I’d recommend putting your top choice Cox major as first choice and specify another interest outside Cox as a potential second major or minor. I assume Cox admitted students can change majors within the School once they are sophomores.
