My D got an email that there was an update to her status. She opened the link and saw the page with the confetti. The large red envelope SMU Bound came a few days later.

After a mess with my transcripts for the past couple months I am happy to say that I was admitted…not sure when I’ll hear about merit aid.
I thought I had good chances of qualifying for the presidential scholar’s program until I was notified just a couple weeks ago that one of my prior high schools had failed to provide my freshman transcript. No wonder I never got a letter!
I hope the rest of you got good news as well! If anybody has information about when we will be notified of merit packages can you please share?

I got into SMU! But there wasn’t a financial aid package with my online letter of admission. Does this mean I didn’t receive any financial aid from them?
