Smudged Erasure

Quick question about ACT testing procedures:

I took the December ACT today and as I was bubbling in answers and had to change a few of them. I noticed that my eraser wasn't doing a great job of fully erasing the marks I had already made, and had smudged a bit outside the ovals. During the break before the essay I talked to the proctor and asked what I could do, and she wrote up an incident report asking the ACT to look at the sheet before it is scored to make sure it is scannable by the computer.

Is there anything else I can/should do? Thanks for your help.

You could get it hand graded if you find you did not receive the score you were expecting. Apart from that, I don’t think there’s much else you can do, unfortunately…

Yeah, I’m going to call up the ACT when their offices open on Monday just to make sure everything is handled correctly. I know the smudge thing is kind of trifling, but I don’t want to take any chances when my score could be at stake.
