<p>Nvm I got it today the package is so nice: a pendant and poster included! Except all the fin aid stuff is sort of useless seeing as they'll be updating it in January....</p>

<p>My d got congratulatory email from her interviewer: short and sweet. No admissions package yet, but we live far away. A friend is waiting on a Skidmore decision, which was mailed on the 14th, supposedly. Is the postal system really this bogged down?</p>

<p>Yes, the mail is really bogged down probably due to the storms they've had and Christmas mail. We were waiting for a decision mailed from Massachusetts on the 12th and just got it today (CA).</p>
<p>Actually, it's funny. Our mailman is a good friend of our family, so he knows we're watching for Blue Mail. His daughter is the one waiting on Skidmore and even he can't hurry things! </p>
<p>bmw, I know my d thinks until she holds the letter, it isn't quite real.</p>
<p>I kept having to pinch myself, thinking I'd wake up. I kept thinking they made a mistake or something, but the solid feeling of that envelope erased all doubt.</p>

<p>I'm in Greece, and I got mine two days ago...but then again, mine was mailed by DHL instead of the regular way</p>
<p>We're at the end of the pony express line, apparently, and not worthy of DHL. If it comes before Christmas I'm going to wrap it up and put it under the tree. :)</p>
<p>D received hers yesterday. I had started to worry which she found amusing. No bumper sticker which is just as well because I would have immediately put it on my dirty 1999 minivan with a dent on the rear bumper.</p>
