So..a bit of stress. Maybe you can help

Hey guys, on monday I got accepted to Vanderbilt but waitlisted at Duke. I was wondering if the waitlist means anything bad for whats going to happen on the 1st. I think I got waitlisted because I had a so-so interview and overall didn't show much interest in the school. I also didnt do their optional essay. Here are my stats if you would look at them quickly and tell me if I still have a chance at an Ivy institution.

Don’t be stupid – of course you have a chance at most any Ivy League school.

April 1st is this Thursday. That’s two days away. Have patience – you’ll find out soon enough.

ahahaha ok thanks. be cool man we’re all stressing out

haha yeah i agree with both of youu stress is so common these days

If it does any good in lessening your stress levels, I’ll say that it looks like you have better chances than most. Great test scores, perfect GPA/class rank, decent ECs… At this point, you really can’t blame a rejection (if that happens) on anything other than the sheer competitiveness of the applicant pool as a whole.
