so...about 10 wrong on the math section

What would that be. I think I had a perfect for the CR and near perfect for the writing section. Like maybe -1 or 2 for Writing.

-10? points or questions? If points, then you're looking at low 600's...
Well, since -3 is already a 720... -10 could be significantly lower =/

I think I got 10 questions wrong.

ooo. -10 questions = 10 + additional 3 points off = -13. That's around a 600 (plus or minus 10?) on this test administration.

i dont understand the scoring. can someone please explain.

-3 is a 720 !? Wow I thought I was going to be able to stay in the 700s after missing 4 or 5.

Why would -3 be 720?

aquamarinee said it was.

So does that mean -2 is a 740?

No idea. How do people already know the curve?

Usually
-0 800
-1 780
-2 760
-3 740
-4 720
-5 710
or something very similar.

i wish i would have counted how many math i omitted. im getting desperate.

they probably have a bigger CURVE for this test though, since like...EVERYONE took it yesterday.

Why would you omit questions... I know when I did that on my PSAT I did horrible, but when I took the SAT for the 1st time, I did pretty well with answering all the questions.

Also, is a bigger curve better?

Last time, -3 (raw score) gave me a 760.

How much would it be if I got ~5 wrong and skipped half of the questions-literally, I only answered the questions that I was sure I knew, which wasn't a lot
