So About That AP World History Exam....

I'm taking it on Thursday. Anyone have any advice? Last minute study tips? Good review books to cover that help?

Although I'm a little apprehensive about both, I feel my troubles really lie in the writings for the free response so if anyone has any good strategies for that I'd much appreciate it if you'd post.

AP World History Crash Course and AP Achiever are the best books I’ve found.
Barrons/Princeton Review/5 Steps to a 5…not so much.
I used the practice test on college board also. It was pretty easy (still got like a 55/70 though)

Oh. Well I have Barron’s but maybe I’ll check out crash course. 55 seems like a good score. My teacher said that if you got at least 45 MC correct, you could still get a 5.

I have Barron’s too but it’s not as good. I also got 5 Steps to a 5 500 Q’s to know by test day, and it helps with the M/C (which is where I really struggle). If you struggle with essays, 5 Steps to a 5 is good about providing charts including change over time and continuities for you to study, but I think Crash Course is better for that sort of thing.

Oh well good luck to you Aero if you’re taking the test tomorrow and to anyone else who is.
